Restoring Healthy Smiles
Cavities, chipped or broken teeth or missing teeth can be uncomfortable. They can make it difficult to chew and even make you feel insecure about smiling.
Our restorative services can replace missing teeth, repair damaged teeth or save a tooth with a cavity. We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that enhances the appearance of your smile while also promoting better oral health.
Root Canals
A root canal is a procedure used to treat infection or damage to the tooth's pulp, which is the innermost part of the tooth. During a root canal, the infected or damaged pulp is removed, and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed to prevent further infection. Root canals can be performed under general anesthesia, meaning you will feel little to no pain during the procedure.
Dentures (Full, Partial & Implant-Supported)
Dentures are artificial teeth used to replace one missing tooth or several in a row (partial dentures) or a whole jaw of missing teeth (full dentures). Implant-supported dentures are a type of denture attached to dental implants for added stability and support. Dentures allow patients with missing teeth to maintain their facial structure and talk and eat properly.
Dental Crowns
Crowns are versatile restorations that can attach bridges, cover dental implants or protect a cracked tooth. Crowns can also be an effective solution for restoring discoloured or stained teeth to their natural appearance.
Dental Bridges
Bridges are natural-looking tooth replacements bonded to existing teeth or dental implants to replace a section of missing teeth. Bridges can restore the contour of teeth and the bite between upper and lower teeth.
Dental Fillings
Fillings are the traditional treatment for cavities. We use composite (tooth-coloured) fillings. These fillings can withstand moderate pressure from the constant stress of chewing and can be used on front and back teeth.
Inlays & Onlays
Inlays and onlays are tooth-coloured porcelain fillings that can repair cavities when the damage is too extensive for a standard dental filling.
Non-Surgical Gum Therapy
Non-surgical gum therapy, also known as scaling and root planing, is a deep cleaning procedure that removes plaque and tartar below the gum line to treat gum disease. This disease is an infection of the tissues of the mouth, including the gums, gingiva, alveolar bone, cementum and periodontal ligament. Left untreated, gum disease can lead to tooth loss and other health issues.
TMJ Disorder Treatment
The temporomandibular joint (or TMJ) is a hinge that connects your jaw to the temporal bones of your skull, allowing for smooth movement and function. A disorder of this joint can lead to a range of issues affecting jaw movement and facial muscles. Treatment may involve lifestyle adjustments, medication and, in more severe cases, surgery to ease symptoms and improve jaw function.
